Rapoo ofers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer. Your Rapoo product is covered by warranty, but specific warrantterms and periods are subiect to the terms and conditions of the retail outlet where you made the purchase.

The serial number can be generally found on the bottom side of every product.
